History

Formed initially with the establishment of an Emergency Medicine program in 2000 at five large emergency departments (EDs) in Western New York, Exigence quickly became a national leader providing comprehensive solutions for hospitals and communities. Since that time, our systems and structures have steadily evolved, allowing us to provide a full range of services to our client facilities. Today, Exigence manages for the provision of comprehensive ED services in hospitals across the nation. In addition, we offer Hospitalist programs , free-standing urgent care centers, occupational medicine services and a host of integrated, customized solutions that achieve superior results for our client-partners.
