Exigence has extensive experience in Hospitalist program development, implementation and execution. We provide custom solutions for our partners including rapid response programs and specialty units such as geriatrics, neurosurgery, and skilled nursing.

Working routinely in the hospital setting, Hospitalists have enhanced knowledge of hospital procedures and greater familiarity with staff across all departments. Their continued presence in the hospital enables Hospitalists to rapidly respond to problems or crises that may arise during patient care; to respond to diagnostic and clinical data as it becomes available; and to prescribe treatment, arrange consultations with specialists, or order additional tests as needed.

We are a nimble organization with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to facilitate quicker decision-making. Hospital administrators have daily, face-to-face contact with our medical directors and program managers.
